The WOSC Diamond Jubilee Regatta will take place over two days, from Saturday 10 June to Sunday 11 June.

This is a celebration to which all club members are warmly invited. Please come and join us for racing, social sailing, swimming or simply socialising.

There are three General Handicap races scheduled on each day at 12:00, 14:00 and 15:30; each race will last around an hour. There are separate prizes for each day of racing (2 to count out of 3). In order to win the Regatta Cup, you will need to sail on both days (5 to count out of 6); this year we also have special "Diamond Jubilee" engraved glasses to hand out to the overall winner!

After racing on Saturday afternoon, members will have the opportunity to come and try sailing, with experienced sailors on hand to take family groups around the lake in one of the club Wayfarers. Helpers will also be on hand if you prefer to go out in other club boats (Oppies, Toppers, Hartley 12 or Lasers), or in your own boat.

We are organising food for club members on Saturday evening, when the bar will be open with live music in the clubhouse. In order to reserve your food, please register how many people in your party would like to eat at the club on Saturday evening. There will be a charge for the food, to be paid on the evening.
