Please login and complete registration and payment for each named guest before you arrive at WOSC. It's important that you do this to comply with our insurance.
You must register all your guests by name including all adults and all children of any age that are not WOSC members. You can bring a maximum of five guests in total (adults plus children) at one time. Each individual guest can come to WOSC not more than three times per year. If you have a family membership, this still counts as one membership (five guests max in total).
You must pay £2 for all adult guests and children are free of charge but please still register children by name in the registration form.
You must be on site at all times with your guests and you are responsible for their behaviour and following club rules. In particular, please make sure your guests are aware of the water safety risks at WOSC.
Note that you cannot cancel guest registrations or transfer them to a different guest or different date once you've paid for them.
You have 15 mins to complete payment before registration is automatically cancelled.
Advantages:
- You can get on with your fun day at WOSC without having to remember to sign guests in.
- You will be automatically billed the correct amount and pay online - no more faffing with envelopes and searching for change.
- Any rule changes will be updated here so that you'll know that you're always doing the right thing.
- Any trespassers can be more easily identified which benefits the whole club.
